Matthew S. Cire is an associate in the Hoover Slovacek litigation practice. He represents corporations, landlords, property associations and other businesses in various commercial disputes. His work with the firm began as a law clerk in 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cire interned for Judge Lynn Hughes of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. While attending South Texas College of Law Houston, Cire was an officer for the South Texas Board of Advocates and Articles Editor for the Texas Journal of Business Law. Cire competed in several advocacy competitions across the country, winning first place in the Spurgeon Bell Moot Court Competition.
