N. Kimberly (Kim) Hoesl (nee Bohannon) Attorney

Since 2003, Ms. Hoesl has developed a broad commercial litigation practice in matters ranging from contract disputes to business divorces to trade secret disputes to fiduciary litigation such as involving trusts and corporate officers.  Her clients include small- to mid-size manufacturing businesses, large insurance companies, oilfield equipment service companies, retail businesses, investment banks, and securities brokerages.  After expanding her practice to the probate arena, Ms. Hoesl has represented both estate executors and beneficiaries.

Ms. Hoesl is experienced in all phases of litigation, from initial case analysis through appeal.  She has argued before the First Court of Appeals in Houston and before the Supreme Court of Texas.

Through the course of her practice, Ms. Hoesl has assisted her clients with settlement agreements, employment contracts, wills, and commercial contracts in a wide range of industries from commercial real estate to the oil patch.

Ms. Hoesl lives in Friendswood, Texas, with her husband and two children.
