Alyssa McCreight’s experience includes probate of wills, estate administration, estate planning and asset protection, wills and trusts, marital agreements, corporate and business formation, and real estate transactions.
Ms. McCreight graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. An avid Longhorn fan, Ms. McCreight graduated from The University of Texas Austin with her undergraduate degree in 2010.
Ms. McCreight is a contributor to The Texas Probate System, a manual published by The State Bar of Texas, currently in its 4th edition. She is a member of the Young Alumni Council for South Texas College of Law Houston and volunteers with Houston Volunteer Lawyers. She also serves on the committee for the Marc Vandermeer Golf Classic benefitting Junior Achievement which has their tournament every year in April.
Before joining Hoover Slovacek, Ms. McCreight was an attorney with James E. Brill, a highly respected estate planning and probate lawyer with over 60 years in practice. Mr. Brill has been Of Counsel at Hoover Slovacek since 2019.
