Ayinde I. Ashford is an associate attorney at HooverSlovacek in the landlord/tenant division.
Ayinde obtained a B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University in Communications with a Minor in Philosophy. He finished his undergraduate studies as a member of Lamba Pi Eta Communications Honors Society.
In 2018, Ayinde graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, IA. During law school, Ayinde competed on the ABA Arbitration and National Mock Trial teams. He served as clerk under Judge Colin Witt and Judge Romanda Belcher in the Fifth District Court of Iowa. Ayinde completed internships with the Polk County Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender, for Northern & Southern Districts of Iowa.
Ayinde became licensed to practice law in Texas State in 2021 and New York State in 2020. After becoming licensed in Texas, Ayinde worked as a prosecutor for the City of Houston where he tried 10 jury and several bench trials.
