Colby M. Binford Associate

Colby M. Binford is an associate in the Hoover Slovacek litigation practice. He represents corporations, landlords, property associations and other businesses in various commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Binford was an Associate Attorney at a personal injury litigation firm in Houston, Texas, and interned for the Honorable Larry Weiman of the 80th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Prior to his graduation from the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Binford was the Editor-In-Chief for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, and a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. His writing on Bribery of Public Officials was selected for publication by the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal and awarded the Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White Williams & Aughtry Writing Award for the Distinguished Paper in Corporate Governance.

He received his B.A. in History from Sam Houston State University.
