David Korn Associate

David’s practice is “industry agnostic.” He has experience handling matters for a diverse set of clients from individuals to small-business owners to Fortune 500 media companies. Whether it’s a million-dollar copyright/trademark case, contract dispute, or a consumer protection matter, David’s litigated it.

David’s secured favorable results for his clients facing all aspects of civil litigation from obtaining early dispute resolutions, favorable settlements, million-dollar judgments for plaintiff clients, and summary judgments of non-liability on the defense side. David also advises clients confronted with complex legal issues to develop a strategy tailored to their individual needs.

David’s practice is all about identifying the client’s goals, leveling with them about their problem, and zealous advocacy. Simply put, David emphasizes straight talk and going to bat for the client. David prides himself on not being outworked by the other side of the “v” regardless of resources.

David earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University, a master’s degree in international politics from Loyola University Chicago, and a law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston where he graduated summa cum laude and third in his class.

David is an avid golf fan and a decent player himself. He enjoys spending his free time on the golf course or at the park with his young son.
