With over 25 years’ experience, Joshua Anderson is a dedicated litigator with a focus on appellate advocacy. During his career, Mr. Anderson has prosecuted and defended well over 50 appeals for a wide range of clients. His dedication, attention to detail, and persuasiveness has resulted in successful appellate outcomes for a host of clients and a considerable number of appellate decisions in his clients’ favor.
Additionally, he has handled a wide variety of matters at the trial level in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. He has first and second chair experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including business disputes, contractual issues, insurance coverage, property claims, personal injury, and health care liability claims.
Mr. Anderson obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1997 and graduated with honors from Tulane University School of Law in 2000.
