Xinyi (Cindy) Liu is an associate in the Hoover Slovacek litigation practice. She represents corporations, landlords, property associations and other businesses in various commercial disputes. Ms. Liu has completed all requirements to mediate general law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Liu interned with the Honorable Chief Justice Sherry Radack of the Texas First District Court of Appeals. She also interned with the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Prior to graduation from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2020, Ms. Liu was a Student Editor of the Construction Law Journal and a Dean’s Honor List recipient. During her last year of law school, Ms. Liu served as the President of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and she worked as a law clerk at the UT System Office of Collaborative Business Services at MD Anderson.
